Microsoft Exchange Integration

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am considering to help a corporate customer to use RMP for a incident report management system.
The customer is using MS exchange for email and their domain is e.g. company_a.com.
Is it possible for RMP to use their on-premise MS exchange (probably via SEC) to send email notification with their company domain in the "From" field ?

e.g. incident_sys@company_a.com

Yes it is possible.

- If the server is reachable by internet, the SMTP provider can be configured directly.

- Otherwise, the SEC +  SMTP adapter will have to be configured

Hi,

I have a question to integrate Microsoft Server Exchange, no Microsoft 365.
I would like to send email from Microsoft Server Exchange and to use calendar too. Is it this possible with adapters and connectors?

RunMyProcess can send emails using any email server that accepts SMTP protocol.

RMP do not have pre-configured connectors for Microsoft Exchange. Looks like Microsoft Exchange calendar has SOAP web services available. So it is possible to integrate by creating custom connectors.

If the Exchange servers are behind firewall then that would require SEC(Secure Enterprise Connector) adapters + Custom connectors to integrate.
