Unable to load list

Need some help with an error message I am receiving on a webform.

Error is : Unable to load list (Failed Dependency)

Can anyone shed some light on what this means and how I go about fixing it?

Could you elaborate more on requirement e.g  type of list . Please attach screenshot of web form.
