Request for Quotation - Renewal of Run My Process Licenses for Client GNP

Dear all,

 

Trend IT, in response to a request from our client GNP, kindly requests your support in providing a technical and commercial proposal for the renewal of Run My Process licenses, which are set to expire on January 14.

 

We would appreciate receiving your proposal no later than November 12, before 2:00 p.m., taking into account the following points:

 

• Products and Quantities:
  Run My Process Licenses (Number of transactions per month: between 900,000 – 1,299,999 / Users: Unlimited).

 

• Maintenance and Support Services:
• Description of the services included
• Support hours and contact channels
• Applicable deliverables (technical report, change log, etc.)
• Incident handling procedure and escalation matrix

 

Please include two proposal options:

1. 1-year term
2. 3-year term, specifying if there is any early termination penalty and the corresponding terms and conditions (one-time payment, annual, or monthly).
