Hello,

I need to change the email of most of my users. The field is disabled in the User management UI. Do you know of any way to do this?

I also have a question regarding the user creation when the authentication method is SAMLv2. If a user exist in our dc but has not yet been created in RunMyProcess, will he be able to log in RunMyProcess or I have to create each user before they try to log in?

Thank you!

Daniel

Hi Daniel,

About RunMyProcess login change : there's no simple way to do it for now. You'll have to adapt the design of your apps and manage 2 sets of users (for each domain) if you want to keep your existing data.
You should reach out to Nick Leyton nle...@runmyprocess.com to get an estimation of the effort to be provided to handle the migration.

Just-in-time provisioning for SAML 2.0 is not supported yet. You'll have to provision your users before they attempt to sign-in. FYI just-in-time provisioning for Google oauth2 is supported already.

Nico

Hello Nicolas,

Thank you for the information, as you suggest, I will contact Nick Leyton for the migration. For the just-in-time provisioning for saml2, do you know if it will be available in a near future or I should think of using the RmP - Secured Connection API for provisioning?

Thank you and have a nice day!

Daniel
