Hello,
is it possible in RMP to create a db to store and share data among several processes ?

Thank you!

Hi,

You can use the collection to store and retrieve your process data, the collection will be accessible to different processes in same project. If you want to store the data of process which are in different projects, you can create a new project and define a collection in that project and import the project in different projects, this way collection will be accessible in different projects.

Thank you,
Pankaj Kumar

Hello Pankaj,
some questions about collections:
- importing a collection in a project, does it copy the collection or it just establish a link so that there is only one collection maintened in the "collection project"
- is it possible to set different collection access rights to users/roles even if in different organizations ?
- as I understood, there is not a RMP feature to update a collection but a designer must build a set of user interface/scripts for each collection to be mantained. Is it true ?
- is it possible to access the collection data configuring unique keys like most of db ?

Thank you.
