Custom upload file screen - Multiple file upload widget inside an Array

Hello,
I need to add an Array to a screen with 3 columns:
1st column - User selects a file though file upload widget;
2nd column - User must be able to see the uploaded file and download it;
3rd column - User must add a description for each file.
I was wondering how much customization I need to do in order to allow such scenario...
During the initial tests I made, I realized that file upload list is being shared for all uploaded files on same screen. It means that, the file list contains files that were uploaded on each row of array.
Is it possible to do such thing or even somenting similar? (change a little bit customer's requirements is not a problem)
If not, what are the alternatives? Write an HTML with my own Datagrid with custom file upload component and save data, incluiding file, directly into a collection is a possible option?

Hello Dipen,

My issue was not totally solved. I was able create an array on the screen and add a "File Upload" widget for each row. The widget has a dynamic ID and can work independently one from another.
The problem now is that I need to allow users to download the same file that was uploaded. The only way I found was adding a "Uploaded File List" widget on another column but it didn't work as expected. The component shows all the files that were uploaded in the screen so far, including old files.
I want to see only one file, the same file that was uploaded by user

Any clue on how to do this?
