Can I save the content of a row in a variable from a spreadsheet and then us it on different math operations from my web form?

Do you mean spreadsheet is uploaded in xlsx format? Then it is little bit difficult.
If uploaded in csv format, then it is certainly possible.
If you are referring to Google spreadsheet, then it is also certainly possible.
If none of the above, can you explain in more detail?
