About using a launchable web interface

Hi.

I want to use a launchable web interface in a cycle, for example an application form is written then it's send to an approver, and he approves or nor.

But in the case he doesn't approve, when I need that the application form being corroborated , it just jump to the approve web interface ( I want that when a corroboration is required it jumps to the launchable interface ).

Hi,

If i understand correctly you have a Launch screen (an application form) is filled by initiator/user and submitted for approval to Manager.

So if manager rejects it then you want to assign a Manual Task to the initiator/user and notify him via email that the application form needs re-submission.

In order to do achieve this, you need to create a screen for manager where he can approve or reject and another new screen(make the fields visible and active) for the initiator/user for re-submission and that cannot be the original Web interface where he submitted the request. Please see attached screenshot.

So I need to create two new interfaces , one for a revision and another for re-submission.

Also I think , I need to create the submition Buttons for these new interfaces, right?

Hi Nes,

You need to create 1 single Web Interface with 2 screens in it. 1. Validation by Manager screen 2. Re-validation by initiator screen

Yes, you need to create buttons Approve and Reject in Validation by Manager screen

and  Re-submit button  in Re validation by Initiator screen in which Action is Update process.
