I have a Composite API which does extensive validation processing. Is there a way I can set a higher execution timeout for the API?

I have noticed that if the composite api is running for more than 30seconds it raises a HTTP 408, timeout error.

Thanks!

Hi Somesh,
In Provider, you are using in your composite API,Extend the time.
PFA for your reference(First screenshot).
Also you can keep trying if the timeout occurs.
See the second screenshot.
Thanks,

Hi Madhuri

Thank you for the suggestions, I was using the default RMP provider to access the composite API - would try to apply the timeout changes on it as you proposed.

Thanks!

Looking more closely at the setting on the provider - this seems to be more like a governance setting around the number of permissible request attempts allowed on the connector and not a service timeout.

Please suggest.

Thanks!

Somesh,

Could you tell me how you trigger that composite API?

Best regards.
