Provider configuration

Hi,

I have a question.

For to configure a Provider is necessary to fill some fields.

My problem is in Url field, what is it? Let me explain:
- If I have a WS public I can put in url something like this www.ecb.init/
- If I have a WS private(inside my network) I can put 127.0.0.1:8080, select Use Secure Enterprise Manager and select my domain. But how is it work?
Because if I have many servers reachable since the server where is SEC, I need to put the url endpoint or not?

It's my question, Does field url is related with domain?
