Hi

How can I pass a variable from a process to a sub process. I have tried to enter the variable in the input and output variables of the sub process. However, it seems to be not working.

Hi,
In order to pass the variables from parent to child or vice versa, tick the Send variables and Inject results.
Please find the attached screenshot.

For more reference please find the below link - http://docs.runmyprocess.com/Developer_Guide/Process/Design/SubProcess

Thanks and Regards,
Tejas

Hi

I had already done the things which you have mentioned. But the variable is not passing into the sub process

Hi,

Could you please share the screenshot of your activity where you are calling sub-process.

And it would be helpful to us, if you can share your computed parameters of parent as well as child process.

Thanks and Regards,

Tejas

Hi,

By ticking Send variables, all the variables you define in your main/father process are automatically passed to your sub/child process, without having to redefine them in the input of your subprocess.
Same with Inject results, but the other way round, all the variables you define in your sub/child process will be automatically passed to your main/father process, without having to redefine them in the output of your subprocess.
