I'm using a Report widget to show a web interface report with filters enabled. The filters seem to be case sensitive in a slightly odd way. If there's an exact case-correct match to the filter term, the report will count and allow drilling to all matching results.

If there's a match, but the case of the target is not an exact match, the report counts all matches, but it's not possible to drill to the detail level, when cases don't match.

So a search for processes that contain 'Murphy' in the name, will count processes with 'Murphy','murphy','MURPHY' in the name, but only display a leaf record for those with an exact containing match of 'Murphy'.

1. Is this intentional?
2. Can the matching and display be made fully case INsensitive, so that all results are counted and displayed, regardless of case match?

Hi Tom,

No it's not intentional, I've reproduced the bug and logged it with the R&D team.
The issue is only with grouped reports, there's no problem with "basic" reports, the filter fields are case insensitive.

Thanks for the bug report.
