Dynamic names

We have process instances that have defined the name dynamically with the project name of the form (WI widget). There are instances that have lost the custom name back to the name by default.

I don't know what is the cause. Last days we deployed a new version with some changes and relaunched all instances taking this latest version. It might be the reason why?

Is there any way to persist custom dynamic name again?

Hello,

The dynamic process name isn't stored in a variable in RMP. 

Are you sure that you didn't change the name of the variable(s) that is(are) used to build your dynamic name ?

We have not changed any measure affecting the report. Only some processes have lost this value but not all.

Hi Toni,

This is a known bug that appears when you have a form with a Manual Task & when you upload a file into the form without re-saving it after.

To bypass it, you should go to each of the bugged task & resave them.
