I am new in RMP and doing self training/learning on RMP. I am having problem with my Process – Condition. In my process, after user submitted the form, it check the dept value. If dept = "IT" then use the IT flow else use the Sales flow. But it keep using the IT flow eventhough the dept = "Sales".

I have checked the variable 'dept' spelling and the values spelling 'Sales' (no empty spaces found). All looks correct. Maybe my condition syntax is wrong ??

Attached are my screen shot.

Hello Sir,

You all done is correct, could you please tell us how you are trigger the process? On button click or by calling API listener?

If you trigger process by click on button then you need to do some change in your button property.
Please see screenshot for more clarification. You need to set variable name and its value dynamically. (refer screenshot)

Otherwise all the setting done by you are correct.

Please do feel free to contact us for any further query.

Best Regards,

Thanks for your reply but I managed to resolve the issue. I just swapped the condition and it is now working. Anyway, for your info, I triggered the process by button (see attachment below)

Another enquiry
Can your side also provide me some info on requesting RMP training clases in Malaysia/SEA? Any detailed online training available ? I am learning from The 10 minutes guide, the developer guide and training module but I prefer to attend a RMP class.

Thanks
