Loading values into metadata array via CSV

Hello,

I have a csv that holds all the metadata values of a user for a specific application. I am loading this csv via a file upload widget which kicks off an api to upload those values into the users metadata.

I am able to update a check box value or text box but I am have difficulties with uploading to an array of text boxes.

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
