Remove a part from Upload Widget

My requirement is as simple as:
1. Let a user select a CSV file.
2. Let a user click a button that runs a process that populates a collection with the CSV data.

User uploads one file at a time.

The part of Upload Widget (marked by a red rectangle in the attached picture) only confuse the user. Is there a way to remove (make it invisible) this part of the widget?

File upload is prepackaged and not customizable. Please refer to similar post here.
