I have a process (refer secondattachment) which is meant to allow two people in two different locations to do a task on the same process at the same time. This process also allows rejection of information and reverting back to the previous step.
The problem I have is that when this rejection occurs, a second non-link task appears in the Basket > My Tasks > Pending list.
I presume this is being cause by the AND split earlier in the process.
My question is:
1) Is there a way to resolve this to prevent a second 'non-link' task appearing without removing the and?
2) If not, is there another way to handle this sort of split?
Regards,
Ben Jones

I've resolved the issue by removing the AND gate, however I'll need to implement an AND system in a future process.
when I get a chance today I'll create a smaller scale process to show the issue and then post the details on here. Hopefully you can help me out.
Also, apologies for not responding sooner, I've been doing several roles at the moment.
