Reverting the Process

Hello Team,

I have a raised a request of workflow and now due to some change i want to revert the instance back. But when I reverted it throws an error such as

"Activity name" (id: 11[0] - status: COMPLETED". and the process gets red.

How can I revert it back and why the process gets red. Could you please suggest the solution.

Hi Sagar,

According to description given above,you have triggered a process and after that you made some changes in process.
Now, you want to revert the process instance(which is already triggered). Right?

If this is the case it may happen that you would have been added some parameters which may be undefined, thus making the process RED.
Please let me know if I misunderstood the request.
If possible also provide screenshots of error.

Hello Prachi,

Thank you for the reply.  I am not doing any change in the request. I want to assign a task to another user which is already assigned to the some other user. 

So i have added that user in the role and then just revert a process one activity behind. But when I restart the process It gets red.

Please find the attached process instance.
