Version Issue

Hello Support,

I am facing an issue with Version that when return it back from production to test then can't make any change of resources.please find the attachment that illustrates where is the issue.(Although that the version in test mode and still appear red line "Read Only (unauthorized access)".

Would you please help.


p.s I am using my Admin account "Mousa.G...@sita.aero"

Hi Mousa,

Please validate all your Project resources are switched back to Test Version.

For example, if you have any Imported Projects or Mail Provider included in main Project, those also need to be converted into Test Version.

Let us know with more details, if you are unable to resolve.
