We have problems to calculate the monthly real cost of the product
The scenario is the following:
There is one business process (a complex one, about 35 process activities)
There are 200 account users (client employees)
The process is to be used by a potencially unlimmited number of public users
The process can potencially be excecuted 2000 times monthly
The process includes 60 Forms aprox. The Forms can be "Entered" (Enter information to a Form) or Viewed by either "account users" or "public users".
Each process excecution may trigger up to 60 e-mails.
In each process a user can atach (or upload) up to 1 GB of files
In this scenario, what would the monthly cost be? we do not understand how to calculate it.
