Creating Users in RMP

Hi Support Team,

I want to create a new user in Runmyprocess account. But the user is already a user in other runmyprocess account but in the overdue ststus. So can I delete them from that old account and then add to my new account?

Or Do I need to create them with different User IDs.

Hello,

I have two answers for you about that:

1. If you are using a mail with google, you can add the same user in another account with a pattern like
[UserAdress]+ind...@gmail.com

example:
my address is jle...@runmyprocess.com (it's a google account)

I can use an RMP account called : MyProject with jlepre+M...@runmyprocess.com

I can also be in an RMP account called ProjectX with jlepre+...@runmyprocess.com

2. If you are not using a google account, you can't use the previous trick and you have to provide a new address or create a new one.
