Cannot save a new collection. "Error: Error while saving a collection". Could you check what the problem is (e.g. Maximum memory exceeded, Maximum number of collection exceeded, etc.)?

Hi,

You might have crossed the maximum authorized number of collection (up to 10) that's why you couldn't create new collection.
There is some limitation apply on creation of a collection.
  • A collection can't be bigger than 10MB.
  • A Customer (IN user based account) can't create more than 10 collections.
  • Object in a collection can't exceed than 1 MB.
Please try to clear the unused collection. If you want to increase the limit on collection size or no. of collection limit, please create a case on platform support and share with us your account id.

Thank you,
Pankaj Kumar
