No "Add File" button on file tab

In both IE11 and Chrome, there is no file add button so that I can add files to my workspace. Is this because I am on a trial account?

Hello,

You can add files to your project, if you click on your project and then go to the Files Tab.

You can NOT add files using the Files interface you are on.
