how to create approval manual task from an array widget

Hi

I want to create a manual task for several users selected from an array widget, the selected users must accept it to continue throught the process.

Is it possible?

in other words if I put ${array_name.column_name} in the assign field can I create like a series of approvals?

Hi,

If you want the 1 - 5 users to approve the request in sequential order, it is simple.

You can set a manual task to be a loop, and select Multi-instance, and use the array widget's column as iterating variable.

If you want it to be parallel, you must use other method, and it requires business decision about what to do with reject.

In case of reject, cancel everyone else's task? (=complex), or wait until everyone makes their decision? (=simpler)
