Error in Browsers

Hello Support,

The Customer is facing an error when trying to open RunMyProcess Portal using chrome and Mozila , but it's working fine using IE.

Please Advise.

Hi Mosa,

Could you please tell us, what error you are getting while opening the Web Interface in Chrome and Mozilla.

Hi Mosa,

Could you please check with following points:

1. Clear your browser cookies/ history and then try to login again.
2. Make sure that customer account is activated. If customer's account is unactivated then contact administrator for this account to reactivate it.

If you are still facing the same problem then please send me the screenshot.
