I have a scenario where RMP is suppose to sent email reminder out when it reach a specified date. There are a total of 6 reminders to sent out 1 by 1 when it reach their predefined dates (different process instances has different dates). The previous developer uses the formula in the timer to determine when auto to trigger the email reminder.

If referring to the below example,
1) I assumed that it will trigger on 17/10/2017 but what time it will trigger?
2) The date and time trigger follows RMP server datetime ?
Does it mean that once the RMP server datetime reach 17/10/2017 @ 12:01am, the trigger will run ?

See example below
Record is created is created on 16/10/2017
1st reminder date to sent email out : 17/10/2017
${first_notification} = 1440 (ie 1day)

As of 17/10/2017 @ 11:05am (Malaysia time), we have not received the email reminder. There is no error shown on the process instance

Sorry..I just got back from my long leave. The apps is running on LIVE MODE and it is not running as per specified in the seconds. User reported that email reminder are sent out several days after the timer trigger.

I will try to analyse the time logic again. Thanks
