ERROR Cannot compute request name

I have the following problem in RPM

2017-08-10T14:59:18+0000 - Event Start "Start" (id: 0 - status: ABORTED): Cannot compute request name : Error while processing CARGA_DATOS_MAESTROS
null

This happened all of a sudden, why?
Is affecting production, is very serious

Hello Sir,

This problems generally occurs, if process gets any wrong input parameter in or something not found in parameter which is required to proceed. You can check for that if there are missing something or adding extra parameter over there. Then try to relaunch the process.
You can check all computed parameters @Parameter tab of your process instance. Please see attachment for more clarification.
Also you can provide screen shot of error message comings from process for more understanding.

Could you please confirm that issue has been resolved?  If not, please follow the instructions given in last reply. Also you can provide screen shots of error messages (along with process activities) which are you getting. That will be for better understanding of your issue.
