My credit card expired and runmyprocess could process the yearly auto-renewal. So tried to log into runmyprocess account to update my credit card and manually renew my runmyprocess subscription but I could not log on because my subscription has expired. I get the ERROR (402)
Payment required for user.
Looks like I am stuck in a loop here, could anyone help? Is there a runmyprocess technical support email?
