Hi,

It seems your error is during process.

Is user in the LANE that the manual task is placed in?

Also, double check that user is created in your account, Active, and billing status is not OVERDUE.

Best regards,

Taka

Hello Taka,

Thanks for your prompt reply. I really appreciate it.

But i disagree. If error was in process how would this process work for one user and not for another ?

I checked. This particular user is active and has status ok in billing.

What should be my next steps ?

Regards,

Hi,

Is a...@gmail.com in the LANE that the manual task is placed in?

Can you check this first?

A manual task must be assigned to a user that is part of the lane.
If task is assigned to some user not in lane, no one can approve this, so system will prevent this with error message.

Is this not what's happening?

Best regards,

Taka

Hello Taka,

The task is assigned to the user. Still there is this issue.

This issue was resolved by adding user to the lane.

Manual task must be assigned to a user in the lane (Organization).
Even if it was assigned from a variable, it will be checked during runtime and result in error if not in lane.
