Not able to access/update collection data after moving to production

Hi

I have versioned included projects and set current versions as production. But,
after moving to production, application is not showing/updating data from/to collection.

Is there any separate access rights to be set at collection level? Request guidance

Hi Vinod,

Please elaborate on how you are accessing/updating the collection data with some screenshots.

Also confirm whether the your collection contains data in LIVE by verifying the export option(up arrow) from Project --> Collections tab.

Thanks a lot, Murali. It worked; it was my mistake (There was no data in production and that was the issue)
