Error 404 Script Jquery

I have next problem

the library https://d13y5bsxlsv4vk.cloudfront.net/script/com.runmyprocess.ApplicationRunner/js/libraries/jquery/1.9.1/jquery-1.9.1.js

response error HTTP 404,

it´s using for trigger button RMP whit event click
example

$("id_button_rmp").click();

Please note that the correct URL(filename : jquery.js) is as below.
