Populate users list based on the Custom list selected value

Dear Support,

I am trying to populate users list dynamically based on the custom list selected.

If Custom list selected as "Manager" then Users list should populate with Manager assigned users, If Custom list selected as "COO" then Users list should populate with COO assigned users.

Please suggest how it is possible.

You have to create linked list to implement this functionality.

How to push the assigned users to array variable? In Organization already having set of users assigning their roles. I want to fetch them based on the condition.

Is it possible to get the "Users" list by using URL like custom list?

Hi,

You can use a connector Get roles and entities of an organisation under RunMyProcess Secured Connection provider.You can retrieve roles and set to list.

You can use free marker code - get_lane_users(poolId, laneId, pageSize, first) to retrieve user of that role.
