Not all of the data is fetched via Web interface report using Measures

Hi,

We are using a web interface report to fetch the data using some measures. These Measures are a corresponding to a Web Interface page text fields which hold a maximum of 250 words.

When we check the response of the report , we get max 254 characters for those fields.
Enlighten us, if there is any way the report can fetch us the complete data from the Web Interface.Thanks!

Hi Ankit,

I am assuming that you have Web Interface with no.of text fields which holds max of 250 words.You want all text fields data(complete data) in Web Interface Report.If this is the scenario,you have to create "measure" for each input you want in Web Interface Report.

If I misunderstood your question, please elaborate it.

Hi Shweta,

Your understanding is correct, however we are already using the measures for each input text fields in web interface report.

Using measures, the report fetches a maximum of 254 characters. We need all of the data that is entered in the text fields(limit is 250 words) in our web interface report.

Hi Ankit,

Are you able to see all the columns(which you wanted) in WI-Report?

If not then please follow below steps:

1. Go to Web Interface Report --> Select your report --> Edit Search --> Choose a columns to be display (here you can add the columns which you wanted to display in your WI-Report) --> Save the report and then add in your Web Interface.

Now, you wanted to see complete inserted values in WI-Report. So for this you have to mention the column width in your report configuration part. Please find the screenshots.

We are not using report widget to fetch the data.

We are using a connector for this Web interface report(report uses Measures). Attached is the screenshot of the data which the report fetches. We get maximum of 254 characters fetched from our text field.

Hi Ankit,

Report Widget is used to display data and not fetch it.Actually you can't view the entire data in WI report even if you expand the columns in it because it has some limitations.

So please attach the Web Interface Report you have created to the report widget in your Web Interface.Increase the Column Width in the report configuration inside the report widget of the Text fields as per your requirement till you see all the data you have entered in the Text fields.You can also try removing all the columns and keeping just the one where you have entered more than 254 characters in the Web Interface report and check if you can view it entirely.But its better if you go with Report widget.It will display your Web Interface Report completely.
