Secure Enterprise Connector error: Timing Out

My SEC connector is timing out every time it tries to establish a connection to RMP. This process & SEC has been running on my system for more than a year with no changes. Any ideas what the issue could be? I have tried to restart several times with no success.

We did not change change anything. Nevertheless, we upgraded the SEC to ake it more efficient on Windows.

Uninstall your existing SEC and follow instruction in this pdf.


It will be posted on our user guide soon.

I have installed the new SEC as per your instructions but am getting the same error. See attached.

I have just checked the firewall and there are no blocks on outbound connections. The SEC was working as late as yesterday afternoon but is timing out today.

After discussion with Rishi: our server blocked temporarly new SEC connection attempts (already running SEC weren't impacted). Issue is solved now.
