Custom URL and Permissions

Hi.
I have two doubts.
Is it possible to customize the url of application that I created?
Other doubt, the permissions of user profile couldn't access to my application? Why?

Hi,

1. RunMyProcess do not allows access to customization of URL like you can configure in web server or application server.
   
2. For access right, please refer to below links:-
