Could someone help me convert the result of a sum of two dates to integer?

Hi Marcos,

As per the screenshot you attached, you are able to sum two date to integer. Could you explain more where you are getting the problem.

Also the sum you are getting ie "2830464000" is the sum of the total time in seconds (not milliseconds) of two date that are in the array column.

Hi pkumar

The screens show the result of the addition of dates is "2830464000" but I need to display the result "1" day and not the number in seconds "2830464000"

Hi,
The numeric output of our date widget is a timestamp (the Timestamp is the number of seconds elapsed since the 1st January 1970). If you want to compare two dates and get back the number of days, you just have to do a simply calculation:

I have two dates, end_date and start_date. In order to get a positive number, I subtract the start_date to the end_date. Finally I divide the final number per 24 (for the nb of hours in a day), per 60 (same thing for the minutes) and per 60 (same thing for the seconds).
