Validating tasks does not remove the task from the Procurement queue

Good day RMP Support,

I'm checking some Procurement tasks from the RMP system and some of them still remain in the procurement queue, even though they are validated by the procurement CSRs.

When I open the process that associated with one of the tasks (2014-0070), I'm seeing the following error:
"2016-03-11T11:00:41+0000 - Task "Validate the request" (id: 1[0] - status: ABORTED): Error while processing approval_duration
Expression approval_start is undefined on line 1, column 34 in Validate the request."

I'm not sure how to deal with this error.

Hi Vishal,

As per the error, the variable 'approval_duration' is computed with 'approval_start' which could be configured incorrect.
Please verify the respective values on Calculated parameters and revert for any additional help with screenshot of related step configuration.
