When affecting a user to a role/entity, there are two sections "utilisateurs autorisés" et "utilisateurs d'acceptation" : what is the difference btw both sections ? What is the best practice ? putting each user in both sections or not?

Hi,

Authorized User: User can able to execute the Application into TEST & LIVE mode.
Acceptance user: User can able to execute the Application into the Acceptance (UAT) mode.

So if you are testing an Application into the TEST mode then you have to select( or push) the user into the "Authorized user" otherwise it will throw an error (like Unauthorized etc). Similarly with Acceptance, i.e. if you are testing your application into the UAT (User Acceptance Test) then you have to use "Acceptance user".

Hope this will helps you. Feel free to revert if you have any query.
