Activity : Type email error

Hi,

I would like you to help me in this case, I have an activity in my process is like email and on the " Send an email " where the message is placed can not put the " $ { P_task_url } " because I get error the process.

Hi,

${P_task_url} method only works if your mail is sent as a notification at the Manual task box (same box). Is it the case?

If you want to access ${ P_task_url } at previous activity ( i.e in Send Email) than that of Manual task. In order to do that define input variable in previous activity as ${get_next_url(stepId, is_public,} and store in variable. Then pass this variable in Email body to access task_url.

Here -

stepId - The id of the step(Manual task) as defined in the process design

is_public -  task is public or private
