Hi,

I'm trying to send an email with the link of the manual task that the user has to do.

My mail is like:
Dear X,

Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah .
Please, follow this link:
Upload data

Regards.

But I'm getting this error:
2015-10-08T09:14:51+0000 - Task "[Auto] Mail to user" (id: 4[0] - status: ABORTED): Error while processing Dear X,

Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah .
Please, follow this link:
Upload data

Regards.
Expression P_task_url is undefined on line Y, column Z in [Auto] Mail to user.

Then, How can I attach the link to a manual task in a mail?

Thanks in advance and regards.

Hi ,

You are getting this error as task_url as undefined at previous activity of Manual task. In order to do that define input variable in previous activity as ${get_next_url(stepId, is_public,} and store in variable. Then pass this variable in Email body to access task_url.

stepId - The id of the step(Manual task) as defined in the process design
is_public - task is public or private

Please refer attachment for better understanding.

Hope this helps you.
