Is it possible that RMP stores an image (or similar) with the content of the main web interface in each step of the flow? we need to know the data that were presented to the approver in every step of the flow. Today we only had the WI of the last activity of the process.

Hi,

Kindly share mode details or steps to reproduce on below sentence:-
" Today we only had the WI of the last activity of the process. "

Process parameter or variable details are stored with process instance details in a db. Kindly give us more details on your query on
" Is it possible that RMP stores an image (or similar) with the content of the main web interface in each step of the flow?

Thank you,

Hi Kumar, when you access a process instance with a Web interface report you see the last updated data in the web interface. Lets say you have a 3 steps flow. If step 2 approver enters data in an edit box, then in step 3 the user change that data, you will only see the information that is now in that field. What I'm asking is if there is any native feature in RMP to store snapshot of the field content in every step, so I can easily chech how the information was in the web interfase after step 2 and how is now (after step3).
Thanks

Leo

Hi Leo,

RunMyProcess do not supports the functionality to see the variable update/change history, also it is not a good way to allow overwrite of any text-input/widget other than the user who first added the value in a widget. Other user/steps can only add value in comment or different widget and if it is business need to update the value, you should assign back the task to the user who  first added the value to a widget.

Thank you,
