Hi Alex,

You have applied CSS(Stylesheet) to web interface in Test mode. But it is not available for production mode.
Because of this,CSS is not reflected on web interface in production mode.

To apply CSS in Production version. You can use below steps:
1.Create a new file & add CSS code to it.
2.Go to versioned files upload file->select public/private option->upload file which is recently created.
3.Select web interface->Click on add stylesheet->select custom option->select stylesheet file->click on validate.

If you have any other question, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Thanks & Regards,
Ghanshyam Mule

Hi Alex,

Sorry for delay in reply.
Can you please check some of the following described scenarios -
1. This may be due to browser compatibility. Some of the CSS and javascript functionalities does not suuport on older versions of IE,chrome, etc.
2. I will suggest you to once clear the cache history and then re-launch the WI.
3. Have you used some other styling properties on WI seperately, which may cause to override the parent CSS?
4. I will suggest you to add the CSS file into the 'Add Custom style sheet' section. And try again once.
5. Sometimes, it happens that after creating version, you may have done any changes into CSS file, which will will not reflect into the current created version. I will suggest you to please check all the changes and then create new version.

Please revert back on above queries and check with the suggestions provided.
Feel free for any further queries.
Regards,
Prachi

hi,

The issue still active, i have tried all that solutions and this is not solved. Thing is i checked the f12 menu and it is not overriding the CSS, finally i decided no to use the CSS according to the section widget which is the one that is having troubles because i had to bring the process to the client. But I want to clarify that it was working properly on test mode and not properly in production, i didn't find the solution.

Hi Alex,

Please confirm the following points:

1.Can you please check that you have added the CSS file into "Add Custom style sheet" section.See attached CustomCSS.png
2.Can you please reupload the CSS file into Project and then add the file into the WebInterface.See attached UploadCSS.png
3.Can you please create a new version and check once again.

If still you are facing any issues then there might be some problem with CSS file.

Kindly implement these points and let us know.

Thanks & Regards,

hi Abhilash,

First of all thanks for the help, I have followed you method, even is the same thing i usually do, but i wanted to try from the very beginning. The issue still happening but i have quit the css for that Widget and all is coherent, i don't know what has failed and i can't concrete the failure and the upload and attach method is respected as you told me. So i thinks maybe there is some incompatibility bettwen whatever that i whish i could debug but i skip the failure.

Thanks

Hi Alex,

This cannot be a major issue. May be something is missing while implementation or their is problem with the CSS you are using.
Can you share that CSS file, so that we can implement and check in that aspect as well.

Thanks.
Prachi

Hi Pchandak,

I have done a min version of css stylesheet which works properly, sorry i can't share the whole css because of confidenciality.
About the CSS, the other failure i had and also i deleted this from the whole CSS version is to get a properly customization of the progress bar which doesn't impact on the mobile version on RunMyApp because with every little change it fails on the mobile version. I can open another threat for this if you require because i can consider this issue as done. I haven't had the main issue before and i don't think it is going to repeat, so even i wish i could get the final problem i can't reach it.

Thanks and regards
