allow add only one row in array widget per loop

How can I allow add only one row in array widget per loop, and don't allow to delete one that's was added in a previous loop?

I would like to don't allow to add a row in the first time that end user is inputting data, befor the first loop.

I really did not get what you are trying to do.Are you dynamically generating array or else using the array widget present on WI and adding columns manually?

Can you please share your code so that I know what exactly you are doing.
