Forbidden (403) - The server understood the request, but is refusing to fulfill it

I have a process which moves a Google sheet from one folder to another. This process had been working, but now it's generating this error message "The server understood the request, but is refusing to fulfill it". I checked to make sure my userID is authorized in the process lane and is an Observer under Access Rights.
Is there anything else which may be causing the error?
