Unable to open the process

Hello Team,
I am unable to open the process. There is an error as "Invalid file format".I am sharing screenshot of the error detail.
Please try to reply as early as possible its urgent.

Hi Sarita,

Can you please check below points:-

1.Clear cache files from Browser.
2.Check whether file is corrputed or not.
3.Have you designed the process from IDE or Easy Builder?
4.Have you deleted the Process revision which you are trying to open?

If you have further queries, please don't hesitate to ask.
