Hi,

We are trying to implement the error handler mechanism for all our critical tasks. We want to capture the error as an intermediate and capture it and notify it through an email.

Is there a way to get the error details like code, description etc from the intermediate? If not, how to get the error details?

Thank you!

Regards,
Siva

Hi Siva,

What do you mean by "intermediate" ?
Anyway you can use the ${P_message} variable, it contains the error message in it (the one you see in the console, below the process design, when you open a crashed process instance).

Hi Gareth,

I mean intermediate event (like error, timer and cancel) we have in RMP. Ok. Anyway, I will try using ${P_message} to get the error details.

Thank you!

Hi,

How about getting the error description inside a composite API.
Can we use ${P_message} in a composite API too?

Sowmya
