Hello Team,
I need to start multiple processes automatically to make their approval. The processes that I have to start I have in a collection. Any idea how to do it?

Thanks
Luis.-

Hi Vittal!
Yes, I have to start it with a timer but I do not know how to set the conditions.
I´ll try to explain better:
My process has to take vouchers from other application and send it to approve. For that I do the following:
1. by means of a batch I take data from an application and I put them in a collection. This I already manage to do.-
2. I have to search within this collection if there is any voucher, if I take the data in a WI and send it to approve. I already generate the approval workflow but I lack the initializer. I know I have to do it with a timer which I program every 5 minutes. I thought about putting a multiple task to call the Sub Process of approval. It's okay to be like this?

Hi Luis,

You can use another process that will be triggered by timer (i.e. 10 or 15 min) and check the collection for vouchers and you can use the sub-process in next activity to trigger the process and kindly use the loop to trigger the process multiple times a per the quantity of vouchers.

Please refer to below link for more understanding:-

Thank you,
Pankaj Kumar
