Managing Collections from a process

I would like to update a collection by using process connectors. I am looking to use a collection to manage frequently accessed information about projects, contacts and requirements and would like to be able to extract the information from a collection as opposed to zoho to reduce the limited number of API calls used. Is this possible? Or do I need to manage a collection from a web interface?

Hi,

You can manage collection in two ways using RMP:

- In the web interface (using Javascript).

- In your process (using freemarker).

So, if you want to update the collection in a given task of the process, you should use freemarker.
