Hello,

Suddenly RMP button has appeared inside the application menu of Gmail and Google services in general.

There's a way to remove it?

Thanks,
Andrea

Ok,

All you have to do, is to create an home page for your applications.
This way, when user click on the RMP logo, they will find the home, not the IDE access.

This is as simple as that! :)

Have a good day

Hello,

Your Google apps administrator can delete it (this is an admin installed apps).
Caution: If you do so you will be unable to connect to RunMyProcess using oAuth2 (which is the security provided by Google account)

Thanks Jeremy,

The customer has updated to oAuth2 because it's mandatory to avoid some login issues, isn't?

anyway now if someone click on the RMP icon he has access to the RMP Portal, to avoid this so i need to delete it? there's no other way? what happens if i disable RMP for the domain? The users still be able to access to other RMP application available in the application menu?

Thanks,
