Problem "Invalid File Format" in Process

Dear i been working on the platform over processor editor, when i was triying to save my work i received a message whit this text "Invalid File Format".
The same thing happens when i tried to open it again.
After this i tried to recover the process from "Use A Specific Revision" it appears empty, even when i was working for 3 days over this process

Hi Braul,

Please let us know the configuration or functional requirement that you have designed in the Process.

Have you designed the process from IDE or Easy Builder?
Have you deleted the Process revision which you are trying to open?

Please provide complete info. to suggest further.

i have designed the process from IDE,
i have not deleted the process


it is last version uploading in LIVE

Hi Raul,

Please refer to the process feed XML(from orange subscribe icon) and try to compare with a usual process feed(good one).
URL would look like : https://live.runmyprocess.com/config/<customer_id>/process/<process_id>

Also try to validate the request-response(locate for details in red) in Network tab browser console when you open the process from IDE.

Hi Murali

i can´t obtain Process ID because it's unaccessible through IDE... i can only access it through a Live version, but i can´t restore from this version.

Answered in private discussion. Process configuration was corrupted, supposedly because of not properly configured/saved error handler. Process design was reverted to previous stable revision
